1) Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2) Services

We provide cleaning (residential and commercial) and painting (interior/exterior, weather permitting) in the greater Seattle area. The exact scope of each job is described in your quote or booking confirmation.

3) Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide (square footage, condition, access, photos). Pricing may be adjusted after an on-site review or if the actual scope differs from the request. Specialty materials or additional tasks are billed separately.

4) Bookings, Deposits & Payments

We may require a booking deposit (e.g., via secure third-party payment). The remaining balance is due as specified in your quote/confirmation. We do not store full card details; payments are processed by a payment provider.

5) Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may request changes or rescheduling with reasonable notice.
  • Late cancellations or lack of access at the scheduled time may incur a fee as indicated in your confirmation.
  • If severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other force-majeure events occur, we will coordinate a new date without penalty.

6) Access & Site Preparation

You are responsible for providing timely access, reasonable parking, and a safe environment for our team (e.g., pets secured, fragile items protected). For painting, areas should be cleared unless furniture movement is included in the scope.

7) Scope & Exclusions

For safety and compliance, we do not perform:

  • Work at unsafe heights or in hazardous conditions without appropriate equipment.
  • Handling of hazardous materials (e.g., extensive mold, asbestos, biological waste).
  • Structural repairs or licensed trades outside our agreed scope.

8) Workmanship & Reviews

We aim for professional, consistent results. If something needs attention, notify us promptly after service so we can review and address it in line with your quote/confirmation.

9) Painting Specifics

  • Color Matching: light, substrate, and batch variations may affect perceived color.
  • Dry/Cure Times: depend on temperature and humidity; we will provide care guidelines.
  • Surface Prep: patching, sanding, and caulking improve results but do not correct structural defects.
  • Exterior Work: may require weather-based rescheduling.

10) Warranties & Liability

We perform services with professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11) Website Content & IP

All site content (trademarks, text, images) belongs to Johnson Smile or its licensors. You may not reuse content without permission.

12) Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

14) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the current version with its effective date.
